Thank you for supporting my work. Because each piece is custom-made, printed, or framed specifically for your order, I maintain a strict no-returns policy. Please review the details below before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
- Custom Orders: Each frame and print is prepared to your specific selection.
- Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if the artwork does not fit your space as expected.
Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is my priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at luiz.hxbritto@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process a claim for a damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging.
- If the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to double-check your print size and frame selection before checkout, as we do not offer exchanges for different styles or sizes after the order is placed.
