Production Timeline

Every piece in our shop is made-to-order. Please allow 7 business days for the professional printing and custom framing of your selection before it is dispatched.

• Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been carefully crafted and passed our quality check, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.

• Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep once dispatched.
• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Protection

We take great care in packaging our art frames to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each order is shipped using specialized, reinforced packaging designed for fragile art.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
